Vane Pump

The vane pump is a pump in which the vanes in the rotor groove are in contact with the pump casing (stator ring), and the sucked liquid is pressed from the oil inlet side to the oil discharge side.

The rotary vane pump has a two-stage structure and is composed of a high-pressure stage and a low-pressure stage. Its suction port is connected with a vacuum container or vacuum equipment, and a large amount of gas in the container is sucked and discharged during operation.

According to the user's usage, a rotary vane pump can be equipped with a vacuum booster pump, which can be used as a backing pump. Because the pumping power of the booster pump is strengthened, the backing pump is continuously pumped out, which can make the equipment obtain a higher vacuum.
