Duplex vane pump is composed of two single-stage vane pumps installed in one pump body and connected in parallel on the oil circuit. The rotors of the two vane pumps are driven by the same drive shaft and have their own independent oil outlets, and the two pumps can be of equal or unequal flow.

Duplex pump wholesale single action: the blades are embedded in the groove, can slide freely, when the rotation is generated, the blades are thrown to the pump casing under the action of centrifugation, the vane pump is a positive displacement pump, the adjacent two blades move to the bottom when the volume enclosed with the pump casing and rotor is the smallest, the largest when the upper side, when the rotor rotates clockwise, the adjacent two blades undergo the process from the lowest to the top is the volume increase process, so oil absorption (from the fourth quadrant to the second quadrant); From top to bottom is the volume reduction process, so the oil is pressed (from the second to the fourth quadrant).

Double action: When the motor drives the rotor along the rotation, the blade extends outward under the dual action of centrifugal force and pressure oil at the bottom of the blade, and its top is close to the inner surface of the stator. The four blades on the four-segment concentric arc form four sealing working oil chambers with the outer surface of the rotor, the inner surface of the stator and the two distribution plates. These oil chambers rotate with the rotor, and the sealing working oil chamber changes from small to large or from large to small, and the oil can be sucked or pressed out through the oil suction window (connected to the oil suction port) or the oil discharge window (connected to the oil discharge port) of the distribution plate.

In the process of rotor per revolution, each working oil chamber completes oil absorption and oil pressure twice, so it is called double-acting vane pump, because the high and low pressure chambers are symmetrical and symmetrical, the shaft force is balanced, and it is unloading.
