Plunger pump is an important power component in the entire hydraulic system, after failure will seriously affect work efficiency, let's tell you what to do if the axial piston pump manufacturer has insufficient flow?
First of all, the flow rate of the variable displacement pump can be adjusted by changing the angle of the tilting disc element. Generally, when the position of the plunger reaches 0° to 180°, the volume of the plunger cylinder becomes larger, and the oil suction port of the oil distribution disc will flow into the oil cylinder, and then the flow rate will increase; Generally, when the position of the plunger reaches 180° to 360°, the volume of the plunger cylinder becomes smaller, and the flow rate decreases. For the quantitative pump, the tilt angle is fixed, and the flow rate cannot be adjusted by this method.
Secondly, what are the causes of insufficient flow rate in plunger pumps? 1. The oil level of the fuel tank is too low; 2. Blockage or air leakage in components such as oil pipes or oil filters; 3. The oil is not filled before running the oil pump, leaving part of the air inside; 4. The center spring of the oil pump is insufficient or broken, and the plunger cannot return normally; 5. The seal between the cylinder block and the oil distribution plate element is poor; 6. The variable angle of the variable axial piston pump is too small, and the insufficient flow can be changed by adjusting the angle; 7. The wear of the cylinder block, oil distribution plate, cylinder block and other components is relatively serious, and oil leakage occurs; 8. The oil temperature is too low, resulting in a decrease in oil viscosity and internal leakage of the plunger pump.
