1. Selection of hydraulic oil tank
The effect of the hydraulic tank in the hydraulic system is to store oil, dissipate heat, separate the air contained in the oil and eliminate foam. The selection of the oil tank should consider 2~3 times the pump flow rate of its general mobile equipment and 3~4 times of the fixed equipment; Secondly, consider the oil level of the oil tank, when the system is fully hydraulic cylinder extended after the tank level shall not be lower than the low oil level, when the cylinder retracts to the rear oil level shall not be higher than the high oil level; Considering the structure of the fuel tank, the partition in the traditional fuel tank can not have the effect of accumulating dirt, and a vertical partition should be equipped along the longitudinal axis of the fuel tank. There is a vacancy between one end of this separator and the end plate of the oil tank to make the space at both ends of the partition connected, and the oil inlet and outlet of the hydraulic pump are arranged at both ends of the diaphragm at the unconnected end, so that the distance between the oil inlet and the oil return is long, and the hydraulic oil tank has more heat dissipation effect.
2. Equipment of hydraulic oil tank
According to the different orientation of the equipment, it can be divided into top-mounted, side-mounted and bottom-mounted.
The top-mounted oil tank puts the hydraulic pump and other equipment on the upper cover plate with good rigidity, and its structure is compact and widely used. In addition, heat dissipation fins can be cast on the tank housing to enhance the heat dissipation effect, that is, to increase the service life of the hydraulic pump.
Side-mounted oil tank is the hydraulic pump and other equipment equipment around the tank, although the area is large, but the equipment and repair are very convenient, usually selected when the system flow and tank capacity is large, especially when one tank to supply oil to multiple hydraulic pumps. Because the oil level of the side-mounted oil tank is higher than the oil suction port of the hydraulic pump, it has a better oil absorption effect.
The down-mounted oil tank is to place the hydraulic pump under the oil tank, which is not only convenient for equipment and repair, but also the hydraulic pump suction is adjusted to improve.
