1. According to the form of fuel tank, it can be divided into:
1) Ordinary steel plate: the box is welded with 5MM-6MM steel plate, and the panel is welded with 10-12MM steel plate. If there are too many holes, it can be properly thickened or strengthened.
2) Stainless steel plate: the box uses 304 stainless steel plate, the thickness is 2-3mm, the panel uses 304 stainless steel plate thickness is 3-5MM, the bearing part increases the reinforcement.
3) It is difficult to realize the internal anti-rust treatment of ordinary steel plate oil tank. Rust entering the oil circulation system will cause a lot of faults. The oil tank with all stainless steel design solves this problem in the industry.
2. According to the structure of commonly used hydraulic cylinders, it can be divided into:
1) Piston type
A single piston rod hydraulic cylinder has a piston rod on only one end. The figure shows a single piston hydraulic cylinder. The inlet and outlet of both ends of the oil port A and B can pass pressure oil or oil return, in order to achieve two-way movement, so it is called double acting cylinder.
2) Plunger type
(1) Plunger hydraulic cylinder is a single acting hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pressure can only achieve one direction of movement, the plunger return depends on other external forces or the weight of the plunger;
(2) The plunger only relies on the cylinder liner support and does not contact the cylinder liner, so the cylinder liner is easy to process, so it is suitable for long stroke hydraulic cylinder;
③ The plunger is under total pressure when working, so it must have enough stiffness;
(4) The plunger weight is often larger, when placed horizontally, it is easy to sag due to its weight, resulting in the wear of the seal and guide unilateral, so its vertical use is more favorable.
3) Expansion
The telescopic hydraulic cylinder has two or multiple pistons. The piston in the telescopic hydraulic cylinder extends sequentially from large to small, and the order of no-load retraction is generally from small to large. The telescopic cylinder can realize a longer stroke, and the length of the retraction is shorter, and the structure is more compact. This type of hydraulic cylinder is often used in construction machinery and agricultural machinery.
4) Swing type
Swing hydraulic cylinder is output torque and reciprocating motion of the actuator, also known as swing hydraulic motor. There are two forms of single blade and double blade. The stator block is fixed to the cylinder block, while the blades and rotor are connected together. According to the direction of oil intake, the blade will drive the rotor for reciprocating swing.
