1. Before the hydraulic pump starts, the shell of the pipe has been filled with oil, otherwise, the hydraulic pump will be destroyed quickly, and some plunger pumps will even be destroyed.
2. The filter of the hydraulic pump oil distribution plate and the hydraulic pump oil suction port and oil discharge port should stop washing in real time, because the dirt closure will cause the noise of the pump to be large, the pressure fluctuation is significant or the input oil is not enough, and it is easy to make the pump present more serious problems.
3. Avoid starting the hydraulic pump when the oil temperature is too low or too high. When the oil temperature is too low, because the viscosity of the oil will cause oil absorption to be difficult, and in major cases, it will quickly constitute the destruction of the pump. When the oil temperature is too high, the viscosity of the oil is low, and an abnormal oil film cannot be formed on the metal surface, so that the smooth consequences are low, the friction in the pump is aggravated, and it will be sintered together when it is important.
4. The oil suction pipe of the hydraulic pump should not be connected with the system oil return pipe to avoid the hot oil squeezed by the system from being indirectly sucked into the hydraulic pump without cooling, so that the hydraulic pump and even the oil temperature of the whole system will rise, and cause a vicious circle, so that the components or system will have problems.
5. Set the filter in the oil suction port of the hydraulic pump with poor self-priming function, with the pollutants and accumulation, the filter pressure drop will gradually increase, and the low suction pressure of the hydraulic pump will not be wrapped, which will constitute the hydraulic pump to suck oil insufficiently, showing vibration and noise, until the hydraulic pump is destroyed.
6. To deal with high-power hydraulic system, the power of the motor and the hydraulic pump oil distribution plate is very large, and the flow and pressure of things are also very high, and a large machine vibration will occur. In order to avoid such vibrations from being transmitted indirectly to the tank and causing tank resonance, rubber hoses should be used to connect the oil suction port of the tank and the hydraulic pump.
