According to the commonly used pump structure in the hydraulic pump system, it is divided into: gear pump, vane pump and plunger pump 3 types.
Gear pumps
The volume is small, the structure is relatively simple, the cleanliness of the oil is not strict, and the quotation is cheaper; However, the pump shaft is subject to unbalanced force, serious wear, and large leakage. High volumetric power, small leakage, can operate under high pressure, mostly used in high-power hydraulic systems; However, the structure is messy, the material and processing accuracy are high, the quotation is expensive, and the cleanliness of the oil is high. Plunger pumps are usually used when gear pumps and vane pumps are not satisfied. There are also some other hydraulic pumps, such as screw pumps, but the above 3 types are applied.
Vane pumps
It is divided into double vane pump and single vane pump. This kind of pump has uniform flow, stable operation, low noise, higher working pressure and volumetric power than gear pumps, and messier structure than gear pumps.
Features:
1. Reasonable planning, processing circular arc blades, reducing the compressive stress of the blades on the stator, and increasing the service life of the stator and blades;
2. The stator adopts a high-power non-impact transition, so that the blade has excellent motion and force conditions, excellent contact between the blade and the stator, and the flow rate is lost, the pressure and flow pulsation are small, the noise is relatively low, and the life is long.
3. The use of cartridge structure, to make internal organs into components, pump core replacement can be completed within a few minutes
Piston pump
High volumetric power, small leakage, can operate under high pressure, mostly use power hydraulic system; However, the structure is messy, the material and processing accuracy are high, the quotation is expensive, and the cleanliness of the oil is high. Plunger pumps are usually used when gear pumps and vane pumps are not satisfied.
